Apparently, there are more than 200K machines in Malaysia infected with Conflicker virus. Conflicker.A: 102,099 machines Conflicker.B: 135,737 machines Total: 212,477 machines Microsoft has a good write up (with timeline / patches / tools) to assist you get rid of it.
